My college

My High school is situated in a hill, it's very big and the students can run, study and do a variety of activities.

The subjects are: Maths, Catalan, Spanish, English, PE, Science, Geography, History, Design and Technology and Music.
The optional subjects are: French, Mitology, Art, etc.

After two hours of beginning, we have got 30 minutes to breakfast. And then, the classes continue.

The timetable is from 9:00 to 2:05 and fom 3:35 to 5:25 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday. On Wednesdays from 9:00 to 1:10. And finally, on Fridays from 9:00 to 2:05.
2 times a week ( on Wednesdays and Fridays ) we don't have classes at the evening.

In my college, we haven't got uniform.

St. Valentine's Day!

The 14th of February is St. Salentine's Day.In this day the lovers give presents to his/her boyfriend or girlfriend, wife or husband.

In the northern countries is during this dates when the birds pair off, so they think it is a symbol of the love.

The merchants have taken advantage of this festivity and they have turned her in a perfect day to increase the sales. Because the people buy a lot of things, incluide: Chocolates, cackes, cookies, dolls, toys, jewels, etc.

Saint George's Day

Since 1976 the man give's a rose to a woman
And the woman give's a book to a man
It's a special day in Catalonia
Never can't stop this traditional day
The 23rd of April was declarated the international day of the book

George was a kneight
Every year we buy roses and books
On spring the roses grow
Rose is the common flower
George kills a draggon wich
Eats all the people from the country
'Shakespeare and Cervantes died that day

Definetely this day is a very special day
And it was conciderated the patron of differents nations
You can get a rose or a book too.

My favourite dish

My favourite dish are crêpes, I love them!!! My grandmother, is a specialist of crêpes. She cook crêpes since it was a child.

When I was 8 years old, I ate crêpes for first time, and i was charmed with them. I love chocolate crêpes!

Now, my mother teach me to cook them. My grandmother teached to my mother when she was a child, and now, my mother teach me!

It's a familiar recipe! And I will continue teaching her to my children!
